As a core part of your journey, you will also help drive our AI and Innovation agenda – supporting initiatives such as AI-assisted contract review, digital cost analytics, and automation tools that modernise quantity surveying and contract administration. Throughout, you will collaborate closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors across the full project lifecycle.

INTERVIEW AND SELECTION PROCESS:

Step 2: Interview & Individual Case Study Presentation with Hiring Department (by 20 Aug 2026)
Step 3: Psychometric Test (by 30 Aug 2026)
Step 4: Interview & Individual Case Study with Board of Management (by 15 Sep 2026)
Step 5: Onboarding (Sep/Oct 2026)
You are eligible to apply if you possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Civil Engineering, Project Management or equivalent)
- No more than 3 years of prior working experience, open to fresh graduate
- An excellent academic track record and demonstrated leadership potential
- Strong analytical, numerical, and structured-thinking skills, with attention to detail and the ability to translate practice into clear guidelines, frameworks, and standards
- A proactive, ownership mindset with the curiosity to question and improve existing ways of working
- Genuine interest in digitalisation, AI, and innovation, with the drive to apply new and emerging tools to cost management and contract administration (hands-on experience with data, automation, or AI tools is an advantage)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong intellect and a genuine passion for the Real Estate business
- Proficiency in English
