Job Description
- Prepare documents for Purchasing Order issuing.
- Prepare supplier database, follow up RFQs (request for quotations).
- Deal with local and oversea suppliers directly to support RFQ, vendor creation.
- Support local and oversea buyers on purchasing process.
- Follow up and support in implementation of strategy tasks and KPI for purchasing department.
- Follow up purchasing contracts.
- Do other daily business assistance.
Qualifications
- Able to provide Letter of Recommendation from University
- Entitled as full-time student major in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Administration, ... during internship period.
- No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage.
- Good English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Time management skill, task management skill, critical thinking and patience.
- Good teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Eyes for details and good organization skills.
- Ability to work in multicultural teams.
- Can-do attitude, urge to develop and learn new things.
- High sense of disciplinary and confidentiality.
- Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
Working hours: from 9:00AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
