Partnership Collaborator, Zalo Video (MCNs & CMs)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

• • Approach and persuade video content creators to join the Zalo video platform;
  • Manage support groups for creators;
  • Provide consultation and answer questions about the platform;
  • Receive, respond to, and handle creators’ complaints;
  • Monitor, coordinate, and collaborate with related departments to promptly address arising incidents;
  • Summarize and compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports;
  • Implement additional tasks as required by line managers, including managing content libraries and databases.

   What you will need

  • Graduated from university;
  • Experience in managing social media community groups (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube);
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with social media trends;
  • Proficient in Office applications;
  • Strong communication skills, agile, hardworking, and eager to learn;
  • Sociable and patient in the workplace;
  • Willingness to work on weekends.
