Overview: Responsible for designing product manuals, repair and maintenance manuals for e-scooter and electric bicycles.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build content, development process for product user manuals for e-scooter and electric bicycles.
- Build content, development process for repair and maintenance manuals for e-scooter and electric bicycles.
- Calculate working hours(labor time) for repair and maintenance work for e-scooter and electric bicycles.
- Ensure product development progresses according to the plan
- Resolve quality issues effectively and thoroughly
- Implement inspection and confirmation of content, working hours, and handle issues related to documents.
- Develop new suppliers that meet the needs of VinFast and optimize costs
- Provide guidance to leadership on design solutions and system optimization
Requirements
- Graduation in journalism and languages, electrical-electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial design or related majors.
- Experience in working with after-sales technical documents
- Knowledgeable in design, drafting technical documents, print design, styling art design
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT…
- Skilled in using design software such as Photoshop, Autocad, knowing how to use Catia is an advantage....
- Knowledgeable the basic components of electric vehicles and the operating principles of electric motorbikes
- Good English communication
