Viettel Future Changemakers 2025 includes two exciting tracks:

Technology Product Management: For candidates with 1–3 years of experience in fields such as programming, project management, marketing, communications, sales, or business analysis.

Supply Chain Management – Logistics & Supply Chain: For final-year students or recent graduates who are passionate about logistics, transportation, and supply chain management.
Training duration: 18 months in Hanoi.
Format: Offline, hands-on experience in a leading work environment.
Career development journey:

1 month of intensive training to build a solid foundational knowledge.

17 months of rotation across product development units to gain practical experience.
