HR Intern (L&D focus) - Internship - HCM | Vietcetera

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Learning Program Facilitation & Coordination

  • Research and consolidate internal knowledge related to product insights and business operations.

  • Collaborate with various teams to transform training goals into structured, effective learning programs.

  • Apply instructional design principles to craft engaging learning experiences across multiple formats (e.g., in-person, digital, e-learning).

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and delivering training sessions, ensuring alignment with development objectives and smooth execution.

 

2. Learning Engagement & Performance Enablement

  • Collect and analyze feedback and data from training activities to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Design practical HR tools and learning resources (e.g., templates, guides, documentation) to support team efficiency.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and tools through impact assessments and data-driven insights.

  • Support the HR Manager in executing performance management processes, including the development of toolkits, agendas, and communications that promote a high-performance culture.

 

3. General HR Support

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement programs and internal events.

  • Assist with administrative tasks to support HR operations and enhance employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organized, proactive, and highly collaborative

  • Creative thinker with an interest in people development and workplace culture

  • Familiar with MS Office or Google Workspace

  • Detail-oriented with a growth mindset

  • Integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
