KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Activation Management
· Book and follow up on activation programs.
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
· Communicate and remind the Operations Team to place sufficient orders for each activation.
· Monitor implementation and ensure activities are executed on time, within scope, and deliver expected results.
· Activation evaluation.
2. Visibility Execution
· Drive Perfect Store execution in alignment with CSP guidelines and visibility rental investments.
· Collect and consolidate execution photos and program updates.
· Provide insights on POSM effectiveness and recommend the best display solutions for each account, especially CRV and AEON.
3. Promotion Management
· Understand key business priorities and focus categories for each outlet/account.
· Track customers’ promotion calendars and opportunities.
· Negotiate and secure product participation in promotional activities and on-post displays.
· Ensure promotional execution supports business growth objectives.
4. Competitor & Market Intelligence
· Update competitor activities, promotions, visibility, and in-store execution.
· Identify successful market practices and extract key learnings.
· Proactively recommend new programs, activation ideas, and commercial initiatives to strengthen competitiveness and drive sales growth.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
· Final-year students/Fresh Graduates studying in Business, Economics, or other relevant fields, with less than 02 years of experience
· Ready to start full-time at Unilever Homebase, District 7, HCMC
· Exposed to experience in Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, or Modern Trade is a plus
· Hardworking, Careful and Trusted.
· Strong project coordination and execution skills.
· Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams.
