Support the execution of communication and change management activities to enhance stakeholder awareness, understanding, and readiness for C-Cash. This role supports Marketing team in operating communication programs, organizing events, developing training materials, and collecting user feedback to ensure alignment and effective product rollout

Key Responsibilities

1. Communication & Event Support

• Assist in creating communication content (internal & external) such as articles, infographics, emails, and product presentation slides.
• Coordinate preparation of materials and logistics for internal workshops and product launch events.
• Maintain and monitor internal communication channels such as email newsletters and internal portals.
• Contribute to evaluating the effectiveness of communication efforts via surveys, engagement reports, and improvement suggestions.

2. Change Management Support

• Assist in collecting and consolidating data for readiness assessments across departments.
• Help track progress of communication, training, and engagement initiatives.
• Gather and summarize user feedback to recommend improvements in content or delivery methods.

3. Training & Capability Building Support

• Participate in the development and updating of training materials, such as user guides, sales scripts, and FAQs.
• Support the organization of training sessions for sales staff, including content preparation, coordination, and documentation.

Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Well-organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Strong content writing skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe is a plus.
• Experience in student clubs, communication projects, event organization, or internships in banking/fintech is a strong advantage.
