Key Accountabilities (1)
Supporting Reporting
Assisting in building weekly and monthly reports and data collection
Providing support to write business use cases and doing research
Building report visualization
Assist with exporting, organizing, and managing data from internal systems.
Create and update visual reports using Excel for stakeholders.
Ad hoc and administrative projects
Submit and track IT support tickets promptly
Build & update Powerpoint presentation outline
Support the team with general office tasks and operational needs.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- Student who enroll in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Management or a relevant discipline
- Strong organization skills and able to juggle multiple competing tasks / demands
- Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Meticulous and pays attention to details
- English standard of proficiency as required for the role
