FUTURE STORE MANAGER 2026 PROGRAM is a fast track leadership career development journey. It is designed for fresh graduates or young professionals with no more than one year of work experience—those who are eager to kickstart their careers with a global F&B brand and ready to embrace challenges to grow personally and professionally.
Throughout the program, you’ll gain hands-on experience through structured onboarding in 15 months. This immersive journey helps you build a strong foundation in business operations, understand Starbucks’ culture and values, and develop leadership capabilities through real-world exposure and mentorship from experienced leaders.
At the end of the journey, you won’t just be ready for a job—you’ll be ready to lead. Graduates of the program are considered for Store Manager, with the confidence, skills, and heart to make a lasting impact. 1. Team Leadership & Operations Management
- Set goals for the team, develop organizational capability, and lead by example.
- Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and respect for Starbucks culture while managing the store.
- Plan, assign tasks, and guide employees to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
- Foster teamwork and ensure all employees meet service standards.
- Coach, provide feedback, and encourage employee development.
- Maintain professionalism under pressure to ensure stable store operations.
2. Planning & Execution
- Develop strategic and operational plans, manage execution, and measure results.
- Manage staffing and arrange work schedules in line with operational needs.
- Communicate clearly to ensure plans and strategies are implemented effectively.
- Monitor operational metrics and propose solutions to improve store performance.
3. Service Quality & Customer Experience
- Deliver professional training and carry out functional responsibilities.
- Put customers at the center and ensure every customer receives excellent service.
- Supervise in-store product quality in accordance with standards.
- Listen to customer feedback and understand market needs in order to improve services.
4. Business & Financial Management
- Support employees through training, feedback, and development opportunities while building an effective team.
- Control budget, revenue, store finance, and inventory.
- Analyze financial reports, identify trends, and adjust business strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with labor, operational, and confidentiality regulations.
5. Team Building & People Development
- Build and maintain positive relationships with employees by understanding individual motivation, cultural differences, needs, and concerns.
- Recruit, train, and develop employees, ensuring each individual has the opportunity for career growth at Starbucks.
- Create an engaging work environment that promotes accountability and creativity.
- Recognize and reward individual and team achievements to foster positive motivation.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Economics,F&B, or Hospitality Management)

Working Experience:
- Less than 12 months of full-time work experience.
Note:
- The candidate has a career development orientation in the F&B and customer service industry.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shift-based schedules is required due to the operational nature of the role
- Ready to start full-time employment from September 2026.
