About the Job

Working closely with the General Accountant, supported by FiSS and external accounting provider
-
Support the Accounting Manager to optimize the setup, quality, and check-up of Accounting and Tax processes and tools
-
Accountable for deliverables of accounting processes done by FiSS, external provider, and local team
-
Understand SE Tax for compliance with local and international Tax requirements

In collaboration with tax team, ensure preparation and accuracy of tax returns
-
Ensure local tax compliance, particularly in declaration, payment, and documentation

Review tax/accounting reconciliation

Assist the Accounting Manager in implementing internal controls in all accounting and tax matters

Qualifications
Knowledge and Education
-
Technical knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and country accounting (statutory & tax)
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from a reputable university
-
CPA or ACCA certification is preferred
Skills
-
Process-oriented (workflows, guidelines, instructions, documentation)

Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills (Accounting Manager, FPA, General Accounting, FiSS team)
-
IT savvy and tool-oriented
-
Ability to synthesize information, identify key priorities and issues, and explain complex matters clearly
-
High learning agility
