Robotics Engineering Intern Job Details | Schaeffler

Your Key Responsibilities

•    Identification of innovative and novel production solutions on the market and evaluation for potential use in the future Schaeffler production system
•    Definition of hardware and software requirements in coordination or collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, internal project teams, etc.)
•    Development, validation and implementation of specific software/hardware modules for novel, autonomous production technologies (Cobots, AGVs/AMRs)
•    Setup (mechanical and electrical) and commissioning of innovative, connected production solutions and validation of defined functional modules in the test field
•    Support with designing and printing parts using plastics & metal 3D-printers
•    Documentation of test results
•    Support ad-hoc administrative tasks
•    Interact with external suppliers as needed to facilitate project requirements and ensure smooth operations

Your Qualifications

•    Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related field
•    Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
•    Familiarity with robotics systems and related programming languages (e.g., MATLAB, Python)
•    Knowledge about 3D-Printing 
•    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
•    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
•    Ability to conduct research and apply findings to practical solutions
•    Willingness to work effectively with external suppliers
•    Willingness to participate in administrative tasks and work effectively with external suppliers
•    Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and tackling new challenges

• Working Time: Monday - Friday (8:00 am - 4:30 pm) 
• Monthly Allowance: 6.000.000 VND/ month.
