• Submit the color licensing documents to the Department of Information and Communications
• Arrange anticounterfeit stamp to customers.
• Liaising with dealers for shipping documents including packing list, delivery report, CO re-export, certificate of manufacture, CO/CQ, customer clearance, invoice…
• Providing Accounting with original docs for payment process
• File shipping documents including shipping arrival, original documents
• Prepare and provide the delivery documents for direct sales. • Documents scanned and storage
Requirements
• Education: preferred in business/supply chain management/logistics-related field
• Work experience: No
• Computer skill: Microsoft office
• Good command in writing and speaking English
• Details oriented, hardworking, results oriented and able to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Carefully, good at numbers and excel
