Meaningful work you’ll be part of
As an Associate in Recruitment and Employer Branding, you will focus on attracting and selecting top talent to join the organisation. You will play a crucial role in identifying and hiring individuals who align with PwC's values and contribute to its success. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment assignments, including interview coordination
- Developing and implementing effective sourcing and search strategies, proactively building talent pools, and delivering insightful, data-driven analyses of the recruitment landscape.
- Planning, arranging and attending campus recruitment events and presentations at target universities for large student audiences
- Acting as an ambassador of the firm, articulating our corporate culture, purpose and values.
- Developing, posting, and maintaining compelling social media communication
- Networking within the marketplace to understand the competitive landscape
- Demonstrating ability in working through change and having significant experience within a complex organisational structure.
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
- Have at least two years of experience in talent sourcing or end-to-end recruiting experience across a high volume of roles.
- Have some business partnering experience with business stakeholders to drive strong engagement with regards to talent.
- Possess a highly motivated, creative, passionate, resilient and proactive approach
- Demonstrate excellent organisational, project management, and prioritisation skills to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment that demands excellence.
- Be proficient in data tools like Excel or Power BI, which are highly valued.
