More About This Role
- Prototype development in lab/pilot: preparing ingredients – sample making.
- Set up sensory roundtable test: set up meeting – prepare tasting sample – tasting summarize/report.
- Conduct Shelf-life test: sample storing condition.
- Working with suppliers: ingredient ordering, explore new ingredients/ methods.
- Support team in other projects as needed
