Job Description

Conduct research and business analysis for new development requests, feature improvements, and applications based on assigned tasks in the CRM (Web/App).

Directly perform testing of new and modified features in the Smart RM/CRM software according to assigned tasks.

Be responsible for handling errors and inquiries from relevant departments at the Head Office and branches.

Supervise the software development process by the IT department, and provide business solutions that arise during implementation based on the assigned business domain.

Check the operation and management of features and applications on the CRM software (Web/App) to ensure stable system performance.

Prepare training materials, and directly train and guide end-users (sales force) to ensure accurate and complete delivery of CRM system features.
Job Requirements

Bachelor‘s degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, or Information Technology.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Banking & Finance sector or in Information Technology.

Experience in banking operations and feature testing.

TOEIC score of 550 or higher, or an equivalent certification.
