ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Support employer branding activities and job postings on various platforms
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and career fairs (if any)
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Good command of English (4 skills)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Available for 3 - 6 month full-time intern
