Support Recruitment Work:
- Post recruitment ads, search for resumes, and manage candidate data from various recruitment channels.
- Assist in screening and categorizing candidate resumes according to positions and recruitment campaigns.
- Contact candidates via phone or email to verify information, schedule interviews, and send test assignments.
- Build and develop a database of potential candidates.
- Input, manage, and retrieve data as required.
Support Employer Branding and Recruitment Campaigns:
- Design posters and post job ads on current communication channels.
- Support seeding in job groups to search for candidates.
- Participate in organizing recruitment events such as job fairs, partnership signing ceremonies, and internal communication events.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Graduates or students currently in their internship period (preferably in Economics, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Finance, Banking, etc.).
- Preference for candidates with 6 months or more of experience in recruitment and employer branding.
- Creative, proactive, dynamic, outgoing, and good communication skills.
- Quick, careful, and hardworking.
