Job Description

  • Assist the F&B Sales team in managing and maintaining client relationships.

  • Support the team in handling inquiries and proposals for events, group bookings, and corporate clients.

  • Help organize and coordinate F&B events, banquets, and conferences.

  • Prepare presentations, sales materials, and other documents to support the sales team.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.

  • Attend and assist in meetings with potential clients to better understand their needs.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen, service, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of events and client expectations.

  • Assist in promotional campaigns and social media content creation related to F&B offerings.

  • Observe and participate in sales strategies, client negotiations, and business development.

  • Provide administrative support such as organizing meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining office files.
