Job Description

Assist the F&B Sales team in managing and maintaining client relationships.

Support the team in handling inquiries and proposals for events, group bookings, and corporate clients.

Help organize and coordinate F&B events, banquets, and conferences.

Prepare presentations, sales materials, and other documents to support the sales team.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.

Attend and assist in meetings with potential clients to better understand their needs.

Collaborate with the kitchen, service, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of events and client expectations.

Assist in promotional campaigns and social media content creation related to F&B offerings.

Observe and participate in sales strategies, client negotiations, and business development.

Provide administrative support such as organizing meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining office files.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
