PA - Product Analyst Intern (VELA)

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

- Write and maintain user guides for end-users, ensuring the documentation is clear and immediately usable.
- Provide support and address user inquiries regarding product usage.
- Collect user feedback on the guides and improve them based on this feedback.
- Assist requirements from stakeholders, customers and development team, and record and maintain product requirements.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure they understand the requirements and goals of the features being developed.
- Attend daily Scrum meetings, Sprint planning, and retrospective sessions to track progress and resolve emerging issues.
- Perform acceptance testing to ensure developed features meet the defined acceptance criteria and requirements.
- Record and provide feedback on product quality, helping to ensure the final product meets customer expectations.

2. REQUIREMNETS
- Studying or recently graduated in IT fields.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and product management.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Ability to analyze and understanding documents.
