1. Position: Communications Intern

2. Workplace:

Institute for Policy Research and Media Development (IPS)

18th Floor, VTC Online Building, No. 18 Tam Trinh Street, Minh Khai Ward, Hai Bà Trưng District, Hanoi.

3. Working Schedule:

• Minimum of 5 half-day shifts per week
• Working hours:
• Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM

4. Candidate Requirements:

• 3rd or 4th year students, or recent graduates majoring in Design, Filmmaking, Graphics, or related fields.
• Available to work at the office at least 5 shifts per week.
• Skills in design and video production (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere).
• Preference given to candidates with experience in filming, video editing, or post-production.
• Proactive and responsible attitude towards work.
• Experience in website design or proficiency in Figma is a plus.
• Applicants should submit their CV along with samples of work or links to communication channels they have developed.

5. Job Description:

• Design communication materials for internal and project-related purposes. (Please refer to the IPS website and communication channels)
• Coordinate with relevant departments to produce communication products, including video filming and editing.
