Job Description:

  • Propose and implement career planning frameworks, monitor, and analyze performance to enhance effectiveness.

  • Compile and analyze the career planning direction for the Motorcycle Manufacturing Division, analyze data both within and outside the division. Propose flexible strategies in response to environmental changes and present them to management during regular strategy meetings.

  • Manage timelines and facilitate cross-departmental efforts to ensure career planning milestones and physical objectives (safety, workforce, quality, costs, production, environment) are met for key projects in the Motorcycle Manufacturing Division.

  • Collaborate with department heads to provide necessary inputs (data, resources, etc.) and adjust action plans during PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles when required.

  • Serve as the main point of contact to integrate and coordinate between departments to aggregate, analyze, and report monthly career planning results to the Director of the Motorcycle Manufacturing Division.

Requirements:

  • Gender: Male/Female

  • Age: 23-30

  • Education: University degree or higher

  • Professional skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Language skills: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)

  • General competency framework: Energetic, enthusiastic, team-oriented, responsible, able to handle high work pressure; strong logical thinking and analytical skills.

  • Additional: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
