1. JOB DESCRIPTION
Home Racer 2026 is designed to accelerate young talent into impactful roles at Home Credit, with two main career tracks - each offering a range of positions designed to put you at the heart of business growth and innovation:
Data Track
- Data Analyst
- Data & Feature Engineer
Commercial Track
- Product Specialist
- Product Analyst
- Customer Experience Analyst
2. REQUIREMENTS
- University graduates with GPA of 3/4 and 7/10 with less than 2-year working experience
- Proficient in English with a level of IELTS 6.0 or equivalent
- For Data Track: Foundation in SQL, Python or other programming languages, understanding statistical concepts, MIS, and passion for data analysis
- For Commercial Track: Passionate about financial products, customer engagement, and campaign initiatives, with a focus on improving customer experience and business performance through product and lifecycle enhancements
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, communication & presentation skills to understand business contexts and suggest constructive enhancements
