Heineken Vietnam is looking for a Business Analysis Intern to join our Digital & Technology team. You’ll gain hands-on experience in real-world digital transformation initiatives across multiple departments.

Job Description

• Support requirement analysis with our D&T team
• Assist in writing documentation: BRD, FDD, Uer stories, Flow Diagrams…
• Work directly with UI/UX designers, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Learn how to run projects using Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Participate in cross-functional (Sales, Marketing, Techno, etc.) projects and initiatives to deliver business value
• Be involved in both head office-based tasks and on-site activities at the brewery when needed

Job requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in one of the following majors: Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Analysis, Foreign Trade, Economics, Logistics & Supply Chain
• Effective communication and presentation in both English and Vietnamese
• Passionate about FMCG, business analysis, and digital product development
• Strong communication and logical thinking
• Motivated to pursue a career in Business Analysis or Project Management
• Willing to take 6-months duration
• Ready to start from May 2025
