Responsibility:
60%: Creative role
- Conceptualize innovative content strategies and campaign narratives aligned with brand objectives
- Execute graphic design materials utilizing Adobe Photoshop, AI, Canva,..
- Produce compelling video content optimized for multi-platform distribution (Facebook, Instagram Reels, TikTok)
40%: Social media operation:
- Execute scheduled content posting across Guardian's Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok channels
- Maintain and adhere to established posting schedules ensuring consistent brand presence
- Develop engaging content that align with brand voice and platform-specific requirements
- Manage interactive campaigns and promotional activities to drive audience engagement
Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
