Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
- Coordinate and support recruitment events such as job fairs, campus hiring, and company tours
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
Requirements:
- Undergraduate in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English
