JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Receive daily video batches from the QC Leader in accordance with the sampling plan (reviewers shall not select videos themselves).  

• Perform independent double-checks: view each video and complete the checklist according to the specified criteria, without discussing results with the other reviewer prior to submission.  

• Each clip ranges from 30 seconds to 30 minutes — high attention and concentration are required.  

• Submit results as follows: 
  – If the result is "Fail," mark it as fail and state the reason; 
  – If the result is "Pass," complete the required information without stating a reason.  

• Fully attend the training session on QC procedures and technical criteria prior to commencement of work.  

• Participate in the daily calibration session (15 minutes) to align understanding of criteria with the QC Leader.  

• Prepare and submit a daily report at the end of each shift, including: number of clips completed, pass rate, number of conflicts, and any issues arising.  

• Maintain absolute confidentiality of video data and QC results — shall not share such data or results outside the designated system.  

• May work online or offline as required by the management department. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Final-year students or fresh graduates. Priority shall be given to candidates with a technical or IT background, experience in software testing, or currently pursuing studies in AI, Data Science, or Computer Science. 

• Experience in AI data labeling, product QA/QC, image/video quality inspection, or prior participation in AI/ML projects; 

• Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation in Vietnamese or English 

• High level of concentration when reviewing videos 

• Ability to detect errors quickly and accurately 

• Ability to quickly adapt to the QC tools provided. 

• Honest, careful, and highly responsible 

• Strictly comply with information confidentiality regulations 

• Shall not discuss QC results with other reviewers prior to submission.
