Key Responsibilities 

• Support the International Client Group team in preparing investor presentations, briefing materials, market updates, and fundraising documents.  
• Assist with researching prospective investors, distributors, family offices, institutional investors, and market opportunities across APAC, Europe, and other regions.  
• Help manage CRM systems, investor databases, meeting notes, and follow-up tracking.  
• Support the production of digital content, including social posts, website updates, newsletters, webinars, and investor communications.  
• Coordinate fundraising events, webinars, conferences, and investor meetings, including logistics and on-site support.  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and investor sentiment related to Vietnam and emerging markets.  
• Work closely with internal teams including investment, legal, and operations to support fundraising initiatives.  
• Take ownership of assigned projects and proactively identify ways to improve processes, materials, and team effectiveness.  
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the International Client Group team.  

Skills & Qualifications 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, or a related business field, with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 or 8/10. 
• Strong interest in investment management, capital markets, fundraising, and investor relations. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (equivalent to IELTS Band 8 or overseas study experience). 
• Daily user of AI tools to improve creativity and efficiency. 
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership of work rather than waiting for instructions. 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, WordPress, and CapCut. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
