Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing digital media plans across platforms such as Facebook, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and Programmatic.

• Manage campaign setup, trafficking, and quality checks to ensure timely and accurate implementation.

• Monitor campaign performance on a daily/weekly basis and generate regular reports for internal review and client presentation.

• Collaborate with media, strategy, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaign solutions.

• Work with vendors and publishers to stay updated on the latest media offerings, best practices, and innovations.

• Support the Digital Manager in post-campaign analysis and developing insights for future planning.

• Maintain proper documentation and campaign records to ensure internal compliance and billing accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or media planning (agency experience is a plus).

• Basic understanding of key digital channels (Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Programmatic, etc.).

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data manipulation and reporting.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English.
