Job Description: About The Position We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Account Intern to join our Account team for a 6-month internship.
This role offers hands-on exposure to the advertising & communications industry, where you will work closely with line managers on real client projects, learn agency processes, and develop essential professional skills.
Key Responsibilities Account & Administrative Support
- Assist in managing and tracking workflows, timelines and deliverables
- Schedule meetings, coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes and follow up on action items
- Handle paperwork, internal documents and other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager
Project & Campaign Assistance
- Assist in executing client projects to ensure tasks are delivered on time and in line with project requirements
- Support the preparation of client presentations, proposals, reports, and campaign materials
- Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Planning, Production, etc.) to gather information and updates
- Join brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas when needed
Client & Vendor Coordination
- Support communication with clients and vendors for daily follow-ups, information updates and simple coordination tasks
- Participate in client or vendor meetings when required
- Handle client and vendor communications under the guidance and arrangement of the Line Manager
Learning & Development
- Participate in internal training, onboarding sessions and team workshops
- Learn about agency workflows, client servicing processes and industry best practices
- Actively seek feedback and continuously improve working skills
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong interest in Marketing, Advertising & Communications
- Currently graduated with a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or related fields
- Prior internship experience in an agency environment or in a related role is preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Team-oriented with a responsible working attitude
- Proactive, detail oriented, adaptive and willing to learn
- Able to work in a fast-paced agency environment
