Job Description:
- Assist in creating presentation slides, consulting documents, and proposals for enterprise digital transformation projects.
- Participate in surveying clients' operational processes and analyzing business requirements.
- Take meeting notes, support content preparation, and help develop presentation materials.
- Research and explore software solutions such as CRM, ERP, Workflow Automation, and Data Analytics.
- Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to support project implementation phases.
Qualifications:
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Digital Economy, or related fields.
- Clear and effective presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint or similar tools (e.g., Google Slides, Canva).
- Strong logical thinking, analytical, and information synthesis skills.
- Basic understanding of enterprise operations and technology systems is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn, proactive, growth-oriented, and open-minded.
- Strong teamwork and time management skills.
- Ability to read and understand English documents is an advantage.
