WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Retrieve file in system, correct data in CW for matching with HBL.
• Key in vendor’s cost into CW & issue inv according to OPS’s instruction and send inv to Customer.
• Create eDO & Release eDO (and documents if any) to client if they meet our releasing requirements.
• Update & report (if required)
• Check mandatory edocs achieved.
• Other tasks assigned by team leader.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

· 4th year or fresh graduate major in Foreign Trade/Logistics

· Can do attitude

· Good command of English, analysis skill and logical thinking
