The Next P-Accelerator 2025 is the very first Management Trainee (MT) program designed by Pharmacity, exclusively for young individuals who are passionate about self-development and eager to take on key positions in the Retail and Commercial sectors.

This exciting 18-month program includes 2 key phases:

Phase 1: ACCELERATION (First 12 months)
You will rotate across 4 departments (3 months in each), including Retail (In-store, Analytics, Reporting, Operations, Training), and others such as Demand Planning and Marketing.

Phase 2: DEMONSTRATION (Last 6 months)
You will work in one of the following departments: Medicine Trading, Vitamin, Health & Beauty (VH&B) Trading, or Retail Innovation — a chance to prove your capabilities and secure a key role in one of these departments in the future.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Fresh graduates in Pharmacy, Economics, Business Administration, Languages, Engineering, etc. with 0–2 years of work experience.

• Passionate about self-growth and career development in Vietnam’s top retail pharmacy sector.

• Good English communication skills and GPA ≥ 7/10.

• Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn.
