Job Description:

1. Implement customer understanding research activities for OneU

   • Participate in conducting research and customer surveys: design questionnaires, create scripts, monitor fieldwork, quality control, etc.
   • Perform data analysis and processing to provide comparisons, trends, and insights.

2. Prepare customer analysis reports or reports as requested by the management board.

   • Quarterly and annual summary reports.
   • Reports on customer satisfaction and loyalty levels.

3. Other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Job Requirements:

• University degree or higher from institutions in economics in fields such as Economics, Finance, Foreign Trade, or related majors.
• Preference for candidates with experience in market research and surveys.
• Preference for candidates with knowledge/experience in areas related to e-commerce, loyalty apps, e-wallets, etc.
• Ability to work full-time in the office.
• Language skills: English communication equivalent to IELTS 6.0.
• Computer skills: Proficient in office software; strong data analysis and processing skills in Excel; capable of creating reports using PowerPoint, Google Slides.
• Preference for candidates with the ability to use data analysis and processing tools such as Tableau, Dremio, SPSS, etc.
