Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Begin to develop knowledge of Food & Beverage Services procedures.

  • Understand the responsibilities of other units and departments and cooperate with them.

  • Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.

  • Provide fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests and ensure quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards.

  • Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.


QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills

  • Communication skills are utilized significantly when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties in a manner that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the company.

  • Proficiency in English communication skills.

  • Expertise in Korean/Chinese/Japanese is an advantage.

  • Customer-oriented mindset.

  • Passionate about hospitality and delivering luxury services.
