DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Begin to develop knowledge of Food & Beverage Services procedures.

Understand the responsibilities of other units and departments and cooperate with them.

Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.

Provide fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests and ensure quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards.

Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills

Communication skills are utilized significantly when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties in a manner that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the company.

Proficiency in English communication skills.

Expertise in Korean/Chinese/Japanese is an advantage.

Customer-oriented mindset.

Passionate about hospitality and delivering luxury services.
