1C Vietnam is looking for team members for the position of 1C:ERP Implementation Specialist.

The 1C:ERP Implementation Specialist will be responsible for conducting demos and implementing ERP software for clients, from requirement analysis to ensuring the system runs smoothly, as well as closely collaborating with internal departments and clients to ensure the successful implementation of projects.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with the Business Consulting department to provide consultations and conduct demos to introduce ERP solutions to clients.
• Conduct surveys, gather, and analyze clients' business process requirements, and work with the IT team to provide suitable solutions.
• Participate in ERP project implementation, ensuring the installation, configuration, and operation of the system according to project plans.
• Test the ERP software before handing it over to clients.
• Guide and train users on the ERP system.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the management team.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position in the IT field.
• At least 3 years of experience in ERP project implementation, with a strong focus on production modules.
• Understanding of production processes and production management.
• Willingness to learn and explore software, especially ERP systems.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in English, including reading, writing, and translating documents.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Economics, Business Analysis, Information Systems, IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.).
