Working Location: Head Office of BOO Trading JSC
Working Time:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM; 1:15 PM – 5:30 PM (minimum 5 shifts/week)

• Saturday: Remote work (only if tasks need to be completed)

MAIN DUTIES:

• Plan and write content for BOO’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) in alignment with the monthly/weekly marketing activities, including: new collections, store openings, and commercial campaigns

• Ensure all content communicates the correct message of the brand and each collection

• Produce daily visual content for social platforms (FB, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

• Collaborate with Brand Managers and the Creative/Visual Team to ensure alignment with brand guidelines

• Submit weekly/monthly/quarterly work reports

Other support tasks:

• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new collection photoshoots and collaborate with the Visual Team to produce visual content used across social platforms and in-store displays

• Assist with brand “touch points” that interact directly with customers, such as new store openings or e-commerce promotions

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Age: Close in age to Gen Z; understands Gen Z’s interests and online behavior

• Education: 3rd/4th-year university students or recent graduates in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Fashion

• Visual storytelling skills through images and videos

• Up to date with music, fashion trends, and internet culture (K-Pop, Vietnamese young talents, memes, etc.)

• Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail

• Familiar with content management systems (CMS) and various social media platforms

• Able to create creative content that aligns with brand tone and style

• Strong organizational and project management skills
