Role Overview:

We are looking for a Programme Executive to lead the end-to-end delivery of accelerator and ecosystem programmes in BLOCK71 Vietnam.

This role is highly executional and cross-functional. You will manage programme design, timelines, budgets, stakeholders, partners, and reporting, while driving a small team and vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end programme delivery across the full cycle including outreach and recruitment, masterclasses, selection, demo day, and post-programme support.

• Maintain high execution standards and consistent participant experience across all touchpoints.

• Serve as the key point of contact for vendors, programme partners (universities, sponsors, mentors, investors, ecosystem agencies), and manage stakeholder communications end-to-end.

• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (marketing, operations, events) with a clear weekly cadence, trackers, and accountability to deliver on time.

• Track outcomes and deliverables, maintain programme documentation and drive post-mortems to improve repeatability and scale.

Requirements:

• Experience preferably with the startup ecosystem in Vietnam including startups, investors, and other ecosystem builders. Prior programme delivery experience is a plus.

• Proficient in both English and Vietnamese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, works proactively, and is a great team player.

• Strong background in project management including management of timelines, stakeholders, budgets, and vendors.

• Organised, proactive, and resilient under ambiguity and changing priorities. 

   

• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders (university leaders, investors, corporates, government agencies).

• Bonus: Experience in accelerators/ incubators, organizing events, workshops, and programme delivery.
