Responsibilities
- Understand marketing objectives, advertising and promotion, which bases on Corporate Branding foundation, and ensure their execution for the assigned products.
- Understand the internal policy and procedure as Abbott requires to support for marketing team.
- Develop sufficient promotional materials such as eDA, brochures, catalogues, information booklets which are in line with product positioning.
- Support SMM/MM in organizing HCO/HCP events, managing the end-to-end process, including all required documentation, paperwork, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provided all required document for payment procedure
- Support to track budget, actual spending, accrual for assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related fields
- 1–2 years of experience; open for fresh graduates, preferably with exposure in MNC/FMCG environment
- Good command of English and proficiency in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks and support daily operations
- Positive, proactive attitude with a “can‑do” mindset
